International Order Management Representative – (International/ Customer Orders)
Responsibilities
As an International Order Management Representative you will be responsible for satisfying our customer’s needs by offering exceptional customer service in the form of unsolicited correspondence and acts. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with standards set forth in the Immucor, Inc. quality manual, GEN quality procedures, CE mark requirements, and department procedures.
Additional responsibilities for this International Order Management Representative role include:
Capturing and documenting all customer feedback according to department-work instructions and timeframes
Practicing proper telephone techniques, actively listening with customers, asking customers probing questions, understanding what the customer is saying, and using clear diction and proper grammar
Practicing proper complaint handling techniques by identifying the customer problems properly, generating alternatives, and initiating solutions
Process all international customer orders including commercial invoices and required export documents for assigned regions.
Process problems and inquiries according to department procedures and work instructions.
Stays up to date via research and contact with government agencies to maintain subject matter expertise and updated documentation on export regulations, customs, and other areas related to international business.
Reviews country specific export documentation requirements.
International Order Management Representative – (International/ Customer Orders)
Qualifications
As an International Order Management Representative, you must have ERP experience. Top candidates will be flexible to work irregular hours as necessary to meet company schedules and customer needs. You will work closely with Shipping, Sales, Marketing and Bids and Contract Departments. Must have intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Word.
Other requirements for the International Order Management Representative role include:
Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
International export experience highly preferred
Must have excellent communication skills
Proficient in navigating through Windows, including (but not limited to) moving, naming, creating, saving and deleting MS Office files
Ability to speak/communicate to customers and/or employees effectively
Ability to comfortably use Microsoft Excel, Word, e-mail and phone systems
