Quality Control Analyst (Quality Control/Assurance)


As a Quality Control Analyst you will perform general testing, inspections and maintenance within the QC Laboratory according to QC procedures and using good laboratory and manufacturing practices.

Your specific duties as a Quality Control Analyst will include:

  • Adheres to SOPs, Regulatory and Compliance (ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 requirements)

  • Performs incoming raw material, in-process, final testing and inspection of product according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within defined time-frames

  • Performs stability testing on products and components

  • Reports out-of-specification results and deviations to the department supervisor and/or manager

  • Reviews add updates applicable SOPs, FORs and TMPs

  • Performs general laboratory cleaning and maintenance

  • Monitors and responds to room/equipment temperature excursions/alarms which requires on-call after work hour responses

  • Ensures availability of in-house materials and components required for testing

Quality Control Analyst (Quality Control/Assurance)


We are looking for a reliable and results-focused individual who can communicate effectively and professionally with a cross-functional group. Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are also essential to this role.

Specific qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, or Bachelor of Science in a related field, or Associate Degree in Medical Technology with equivalent combination of education or experience

  • Software experience: Excel and Word

  • MLT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) certification or equivalent, preferred

  • Ability to manage and complete assignments on time and in appropriate order

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Be an engaged and committed team professional

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
